The Staircase Framework

As goes with the name, The Staircase Framework is a 5-step framework designed to address the most pressing issues of the second-generation entrepreneurs. The framework takes participants through a step-by-step action-oriented plan to help them scale great heights in their business.

Learning the Business

This session focuses on learning the business and the tricks of the trade. The Staircase Approach allows participants to methodically deep dive into the business and understand every aspect of it. The session helps participants understand their business inside out.

Teamwork

This session takes participants through the idea of understanding the existing team of the business. The second generation most probably possible that participants know all the team members. However, there is a difference between knowing them from outside and knowing them as a team member. The program helps participants understand teams in a more defined way.

It is huge task for the second generation to rise as a leader, especially due to the constant comparison with the previous generation. The program is designed to help participants learn the art of becoming a widely accepted leader. The session focuses on various attributes of leadership and grooms participants to be inspiring leaders.
