The founders envision a world where individuals have transformed into leaders by bridging  gaps between people; whether at workplaces or in personal lives.

 

Lack of communication skills is one of the most underrated skills in the world. It leads to misunderstandings among individuals, companies and even countries. A proper dialogue can resolve many misunderstandings from escalating, however even some great leaders fail at it.

 

Today, we see companies not being able to achieve the desired success due to the lack of these skills. Leaders and subordinates or even peers are not able to function seamlessly due to this challenge.
